Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Minerva108 Cosmetics purchase. This policy is issued in accordance with Turkish Distance Sales Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@minerva108.com with your order number.

Conditions for Return

Products must be unused, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products whose protective seal has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
The original invoice or order confirmation must accompany the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For withdrawals without a defect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. For faulty or incorrect items, Minerva108 Cosmetics covers all shipping costs.
